Today, I excitedly told my best friends I was pregnant. Their responses were, “Ewww, I hate babies”, “So we’re not getting brunch anymore? That sucks” and “Do you need an abortion? I know a great clinic.” Not one of them congratulated me. FML
で「今日、親友たちに妊娠したことをワクワクしながら伝えた。彼女たちの反応はというと『えー、わたし赤ちゃん嫌い。』『じゃあもうブランチできないね？ 最悪。』『中絶が必要？ だったらいい医者知っているよ。』 誰一人として祝ってくれなかった。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I excitedly told my best friends (that) ～ で「私は興奮して親友たちに～を伝えた」です。
tell ～ … で「～に…を伝える」です。tell … to ～ とも言えます。
何と伝えたかというと、
(that) I was pregnant. で「私が妊娠した（と）」です。
pregnant で「妊娠してる」という意味の形容詞です。

Their responses were, ～ で「彼女たちの反応は～だった」です。
“Ewww, I hate babies”, で「うえー、わたし赤ちゃん嫌い」です。
Ew イュー は不快感・嫌悪感（比喩的な意味での吐き気など）表して「げっ、おえっ」といった意味です。

“So we’re not getting brunch anymore? That sucks”で「じゃあ、私たちはもうブランチしないの？最悪。」です。
get brunch で「ブランチを取る」です。ここではもう一緒にブランチできなくなる、ということですね。
that sucks で「それは最悪だ」です。suck は動詞で「最悪である、最低である」という意味です。
and ～「そして」
“Do you need an abortion? I know a great clinic.” で「中絶は必要？ わたし良い医者を知っているよ」です。
abortion で「中絶、堕胎」という意味の名詞です。
以上、親友たちのセリフが、～, ～, and ～ の形で列挙されています。

Not one of them congratulated me. で「彼女らの一人として私を祝ってくれなかった」です。
congratulate コング[ラ]チュレイトゥで「～を祝う」です。
名詞形は congratulation「祝福、お祝い」ですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
