The deep wounds on other bodies で「ほかの死体の深い傷たちは」です。
body はここでは「死体」という意味です。
are closed で「～は閉じられる」です。
using an adhesive bond, で「接着剤を使って」
adhesive bond は「接着剤」
adhesive は「粘着性の」という意味の形容詞です。
例：adhesive tape「粘着テープ、ばんそうこう」

while ～「その一方で～」
indents in foreheads and noses で「（死体の）額や鼻の凹み」です。
indent で「（表面の）へこみ」です。
are reshaped で「～は再形成される」です。
re-shaped で「再度、形作られて」
using cotton で「わたを使って」

With their hair neatly coiffed and makeup applied, で「彼らの髪はきちんと撫でつけられ手化粧を施された状態で」です。
with を使った付帯状況の独立分詞構文です。

coiffed クワーフトゥで「髪をきれいになでつけた」という意味の形容詞。発音注意ですね。
例：perfectly coiffed hair「完ぺきにセットされた髪」
makeup (being) applied で「化粧を施されて」です。
their faces take on a tranquil look. で「彼らの顔は、～を帯びる、静かな表情を」
their faces の their は the bodies「死体たち」を指しています。
take on ～ look で「～な表情を帯びる」という意味のコロケーションです。
tranquil トゥ[ラ]ンキォは「静かな、穏やかな」という意味の形容詞。
例：tranquilizer トゥランキ[ラ]イザー「鎮静剤」
