Forget about Tinder and go for a walk instead で「Tinderのことは忘れて代わりに散歩に出てみよう」という意味になります。
Tinder は海外で爆発的な人気のある位置情報を使った出会い系アプリのことです。
元の意味は「火口（火打ち石で火をつける燃えやすい藁）」のことです。燃えやすい恋＝恋愛アプリというイメージですかね。
go for a walk は「散歩に出る」という意味の慣用句です。

I promise it will be just as fun as playing Pokemon Go! で「それはポケモンGo!をプレイするくらい面白いことを私が約束します。」という意味です。
just as ～ as … で「…と同じくらい～だ、…と同様に～だ」という意味になります。

And while you’re out there で「そしてあなたが外にいる間に」です。
out there は「戸外では、外では、世の中には」という意味があります。

see if you can spot these ten types of men で「あなたがこれらの10タイプの男性を見つけられるかどうか確かめてみて」という意味です。
see if ～ で「～かどうか確かめる、～してみる、～できるかな？」というくらいの意味の言い回しです。
例：See if you can catch him on the fly.「至急彼に連絡を取ってみて。」、See if he is here.「彼は来てるかな？（見てきてくれない？）」
spot は「見つける、目星を付ける、見当を付ける」という意味の動詞です。目から出たスポットライトで何かを見つける的なイメージです。
例：spot a change「変化に気づく、変化を見つける」、spot a problem「問題を見つける」

these ten types of men you might encounter dating in Japan で「日本であなたがデートするときに遭遇するであろうこれらの10タイプの男性」です。
encounter ～は「～と出会う、～と遭遇する」という意味の動詞です。
date は「デートする」という意味の動詞でしたね。
ちなみにdate には「～と付き合う」という意味もあります。
例：I’m dating him.「私は彼と付き合っています。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
