で「その捜査について直接知っている情報筋によると、82人の被害者の遺体が地元の安置所に安置されていたと言う。最新の米情報機関の見立てを知っている別の情報筋によると死亡者数の見積もりは80人を超えるとのことだ。」という意味になります。

A source with direct knowledge of the investigation が主語で「その捜査のことを直接知っている情報筋」です。
source で「情報源、情報筋」という意味の名詞です。ニュースで頻出するワードですね。
with direct knowledge of ～ で「～の知識を直接持っている」です。
つまり～のことをじかに知っている人、といういことです。

said (that) ～「だと言った、～だと発言した」です。
the bodies of 82 victims were in a local morgue. で「82人の被害者の遺体が地元の死体置場にあった（と）」です。
今回のナイジェリアでの銃乱射事件の被害者のことですね。
morgue モーグは「死体置き場、遺体安置所、霊安室」です。

さらに、
Another source briefed on the latest U.S. intelligence assessment が主語で「最新の米情報機関の見立てを知っているもう一人の情報筋」です。
another source で「もう一人の情報筋、また別の情報筋」です。
briefed on ～ は後ろから source を修飾していて「～について概略を伝えられている」です。
briefed on ～ で「～について簡単な説明を受けた」という意味の言いまわしです。
brief は「～を短く説明する」という意味の動詞です。
例：media briefing「マスコミへの説明会」

the latest U.S. intelligence assessment で「最新のアメリカ情報機関の査定」です。
U.S. intelligence で「米情報機関」という意味になります。
intelligence は「（高度に発達した）知能、知性、知力」という意味もありますがここでは「情報機関、諜報機関」という意味です。
例：Central Intelligence Agency「中央情報局（CIA）」
accessment は「査定、評価」という意味の名詞です。
動詞形は access ア[セ]ス「（損害・罰金などの金額を）査定する」
例：It will take some time to assess the total scale of the damage.「損害の全体の規模を判断するには、かなりの時間がかかるだろう。」

said (that) ～「～だと言った」
the estimate was over 80. で「見積りは80人を超える」と言った、です。
the estimate は「その見積もり、試算」です。
つまり死者数の試算、ということです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
